In addition to offering a complete range of cable assemblies and cordsets already equipped with connectors, ASI offers a complete range of connectors for a wide variety of industrial applications.  The ASI heavy duty connectors are typically found in machinery and assembly equipment where there is a requirement for a very robust connector that has high IP and NEMA ratings and withstands tough environments.  The ASI heavy duty connectors are compatible with many of the similar brands now on the market.  These same high quality heavy duty connectors are used to produce a complete line of through panel interfaces that are used to provide a programming port, connector interface, power connection and more from the outside of a panel to the inside of the equipment.

In the panel and mounted on DIN rails the ASI connector interface modules provide for an easy transition from one type of connector, such as an RJ or D-sub connector, to a terminal block thereby making the field wiring of many types of equipment quick and easy with nothing more then a screwdriver.

The very popular M8 and M12 connectors typically found on all types of sensors are now being used as a connection means to many different types of equipment.  The ASI M8 and M12 connectors feature gold plated contacts and come in all the standard sizes and configurations including panel mount connectors, cable attached connectors, field wireable connectors and printed circuit board mounted connectors.  In this same family the larger 7/8" circular metal connector is quickly becoming the choice for power circuits in many industrial machinery applications.

ASI offers the DIN43650 solenoid connectors in all of the most popular pin-outs and sizes in addition to cables already equipped with this style of connector.  The printed circuit board connectors or terminal blocks from ASI are available in both fixed and pluggable versions, in many different pin spacings, with different AWG ratings, and in a wide range of configurations such as single, double and three level.  When connecting a cable to or through an enclosure or panel it is common to use a cable gland, connector or train relief to insure the integrity of the equipment from the outside.  ASI offers these cable connectors or cable glands in plastic and metal, in brass or stainless steel, in EX or hazardous location approvals and much more.  The ASI cable glands and connectors are both high quality and low-priced, something that you do not find from other suppliers.
