Screw Clamp Connection Pluggable feed-through terminal blocks

These terminal blocks accept industry standard 5.08mm spacing plugs, as shown.  The VPC family of pluggable terminal blocks from Automation Systems Interconnect provide a means of making the wiring to the terminal block removable.  The terminal block accepts any multiple of standard pluggable terminal blocks, ranging from 2 up to 24 positions.  The connectors plug into either the side of the terminal blocks or into the top, depending on the requirements of your application.  The fixed wiring side of the terminal block accepts wires from 24 AWG up to 12 AWG.

The pluggable terminal blocks are modular, mount directly to a DIN rail, can be labeled using standard terminal block marking labels and also accept the patented PTC bridges for jumpering circuits.

2 Level Pluggable Feed-Thru Terminal Block
  • The VPD.2 is a double level terminal block which uses screw clamp connections on one side of the terminal block and has a pin for an industry standard plug connection terminal block on the opposite side.
  • accepts a plug with 5.08mm pin spacing and it can be used in multiples from 2 positions to 20 positions on both the upper and lower levels.
  • The upper and lower levels are not connected together.
  • An (ex)i version is also available and both this and the standard model accepts the “easy bridge” jumper system.
