Pluggable PCB Terminal Blocks

ASI standard pluggable printed circuit board terminal blocks have been designed with all of the standard features, and more, when compared to other pluggable terminal blocks on the market.

ASI pluggable printed circuit board terminal blocks are:

  • manufactured using high-grade materials
  • nickel-plated copper alloy metal bodies
  • tin-plated phosphor bronze sockets
  • UL 94V0 plastic housings
  • Pluggable terminal blocks with screw flanges available
 The rising clamp design insures a reliable termination the first and every time a wire is terminated in the plug.  All metal parts are captive and the pluggable terminal block is molded in 2 through 24 positions.  The ASI standard pluggable printed circuit board terminal block features polarization ribs so that it will only mate in one direction and optional keying will prevent the mis-mating of different plugs of the same size.

The pluggable printed circuit board terminal blocks are UL rated for 12 AWG to 24 AWG wiring at up to 12 amps and 300 volts.  Pin spacing for this range of pluggable printed circuit board terminal blocks includes 5mm, 5.08mm, 7.5mm, 7.62mm, 10mm and 10.16mm.  Other variations in wire entry, size, and pin spacing are also available.  The standard color of the ASI standard pluggable printed circuit board terminal blocks is green, however other colors are available upon request.  ASI can provide custom printing on the pluggable printed circuit board terminal blocks in order to simplify wiring.
