Heavy Duty Industrial Connectors

ASI heavy duty industrial connectors will save you money and are ideal for harsh factory floor machinery or process plant applications.  Resistance to dust, vibration, water and shock along with reliable electrical and mechanical connections are all supplied by ASI heavy duty connectors.  In addition to providing IP65/NEMA 4 protection these heavy duty connectors are designed to international specifications similar to others on the market and most have UL and CSA approval.

The heavy duty connectors are modular and can be built up to meet any application.  They are comprised of a cable hood, a panel or surface mount housing, male and female inserts with or without contacts, crimp contacts, and cable glands.

ASI heavy duty connectors include the following:

HD, HDD Series High Density, 7 – 216 positions, crimp contacts, 10A, 600V, 26–4 AWG
HSB Series High Current, 6 and 12 positions, 35A, 600V, 10 AWG
HQ Series  Compact, 5 and 7 positions, 16A, 10A, 600V, 20–14 AWG
HEAV Series Through panel, terminal block adapters, 6 – 24 positions, 10A, 24–14 AWG
Crimp Contacts  Male, Female, gold or silver plated, 10A – 40A, 10–20 AWG, crimp, insertion and extraction tools
Cable GlandsMetal, Plastic, Metric, PG, IP68/NEMA 4X rating, EX i, and increasers, reducers and blanking plugs
