Faceless/Dead-Front GFCI AC Outlet

The remote access interface connector housing equipped with a faceless or dead-front GFCI provides an ideal solution for giving immediate access and IP65, NEMA4 protection to this GFCI device.  The ASI faceless or dead front GFCI is UL listed, rated at 20 amps and can be used as a 1½ HP motor control switch.  The large LED gives a visual indication of a tripped condition and it exceeds UL943 voltage surge requirements.  The test and reset buttons match the device face and wiring is simplified with push-in quick wiring connections that will accept up to a 12 AWG solid wire.  The trip threshold is 4 – 6mA and trip time is 25mS, nominal per the UL standard.  This faceless or dead front GFCI can be purchased in either the industrial IP65, NEMA 4 housing or in a standard cast surface mount box with a waterproof cover.
