Ring Sensors

Inductive proximity ring sensors from ASI have the sensing area formed in a ring.  Detection is non-contact and occurs when a metal object passes into or through the ring.  A typical application for the ring sensor is counting or verifying the presence of small metallic objects such as screws or nuts.

These inductive ring sensors are available in a wide variety of diameters from 5mm to 100mm.  Using high-technology electronics, automated assembly and state-of-the-art test equipment insures a reliable, high quality proximity sensor.

Some of the many product features include pre-wired or connector, DC voltage, LED indication and short circuit and polarity protection.
