Spring clamp wire connection terminal blocks are the ideal connectors for the customer seeking a reliable, quick and easy wire termination. Now a NEW and Improved spring clamp terminal block has been designed to be even faster and easier for the customer by using a push-in wire design. The push-in technology terminal blocks use a uniquely designed spring clamp that allows the customer to insert a wire with a ferrule or a solid wire directly into the terminal block without any tools. An easy to recognize colored actuator or button is used to open the wire clamp and remove the wire or it can be used to terminate directly to a flexible stranded wire.
Compared to earlier designs of spring terminal blocks the NEW push in wire terminal blocks are much easier to use and due to the colored actuator all confusion is eliminated as to where the wire goes and how to open the spring connection for removal and insertion. The push in terminal blocks from ASI are available in the complete range EFC series and the basic range UJ6 series.
The EFC series of push in terminal blocks is a spring terminal connection block family that is available in 2, 3 or 4 wire connections in either a 5mm or 6mm wide terminal block. The EFC series of push in wire spring terminal blocks features a green actuator or button for easy recognition and operation. The EFC push in wire connection line includes ground push in wire terminal blocks, multiple level push in connection blocks, fuse holder push in wire technology terminal blocks, circuit disconnect push in wire spring blocks and 3 wire sensor push in wire terminal blocks. Each push in wire terminal block has multiple locations for markers and there is a wide selection of circuit jumpers available.
The UJ6 seriespush in direct connection of wires to terminal blocks is a basic family of push in terminal blocks with several standard types available and many more under design. The UJ6 family of push in technology terminal blocks are tool-less meaning that a customer can easily connect a wire equipped with a ferrule or a solid wire. If you wish to terminal a stranded wire the orange actuator or button easily opens the spring so that the wire can be inserted. Several accessories including jumpers and markers are available for the UJ6 push in wire terminal blocks.
