Automation Systems Interconnect provides the broadest selection of DIN rail terminal blocks - single level feed through, double level, triple level, fuse holder terminal blocks and other special function terminal blocks for a wide variety of applications. ASI IEC terminal blocks are available in screw clamp, spring clamp and push in technology.ASI DIN terminal blocks and terminal boards are equivalents to several suppliers and at much lower prices.
The ASIterminal blocks mount on standard DIN rail which is either 35mm wide by 7.5mm or 15mm deep. The ASI compact, space saving, miniature and subminiature terminal blocks mount on what is often called mini DIN rail which is 15mm wide. Both types listed herein, can be purchased in either 1 meter or 2 meter lengths with a choice of solid or slotted styles for easy installation.

The wide range of screw clamp DIN rail mounted terminal blocks includes full metal body, high quality, premium terminal blocks. ASI standard product range includes terminal blocks that accept 2 individual jumpers, Phoenix Contact®, Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation®, Weidmuller®, Wago® and other equivalent terminal blocks. Also offered are terminal blocks for high current applications and for specific functional applications like sensor, thermocouple and multiple level terminal blocks.

For those applications where you decide to use ring lugs or spade terminals on the end of the wire, ASI has several varieties of stud or bolt DIN rail mounted terminal blocks. You can select from NEMA style terminal blocks that mount on a DIN rail, modular, open stud or bolt type terminal blocks or a terminal block that has a hinged cover, which provides a shock hazard proof connection once closed.

Our sliding link or knife disconnect DIN rail mounted terminal blocks are ideal for those test and measurement circuits such as CT circuits and control loops. The sliding link disconnect terminal blocks take much less space than traditional disconnect blocks and provide modularity and a wide range of accessories. The knife disconnect terminal blocks are available in a single level as well as space saving double level with a feed through on the bottom and a disconnect circuit on the top.

The spring clamp or screwless DIN rail mounted terminal blocks are also offered in a broad range that includes single, double and triple level types. There are functional versions such as fuse, ground and sensor blocks and multiple wire terminal blocks in the family from which to choose. In addition to our standard line of spring clamp terminal blocks we also offer competitive drop in equivalents to Phoenix Contact® and others.

Power distribution applications can easily be solved with any one of the several types of DIN rail mounted terminal blocks, modules and bus bar systems from ASI. We offer terminal blocks that can handle as much as 500A and up to 1,000 volts.
